The owners have installed new siding, and a horrendous 6-foot high wood and frosted glass fence at the sidewalk line which looks like a giant shower cubicle. The vacant lot next door (2641) is owned by the same individual, who has planted the lot with several very large trees… all without permit or architectural approval.

Oh good, lets tear down some more old historic homes to put up a big brick multi-unit or another ugly huge brick home. I love how the city cares nothing about taking away character of a neighborhood, building by building. It’s all about $$$
